EDUCATION ADVOCACY
Every day exceptional students experience discrimination and/or exclusion by schools, colleges and universities.  Students are denied access to needed disability accommodations, assistive technology, mental health counseling, dedicated aides, interpreters, extended time on tests or assignments, smaller classes, specialized instruction, physical therapy, transition services and speech and language therapy which adversely affects their educational experience and performance. 
 
Stacey K. Eunnae, Eunnae at Law PLLC's founder and principal attorney, has more than a decade of experience as a lawyer litigating hundreds of civil rights cases against government agencies and school districts. Her cases covered a variety of legal issues including contract disputes, bullying, disability accommodation and discrimination, racism, special education, school discipline, Title IX, sexual harassment and assault and privacy. 

Eunnae at Law PLLC is committed to teaching and protecting the rights of exceptional students and their parents and caregivers.  We provide zealous and outcome focused representation to our clients at their 504/IEP meetings, suspension and expulsion hearings, mediations, negotiations, restorative justice circles, special education due process hearings and court proceedings.
