
About the Founder: Stacey K. Eunnae
Stacey K. Eunnae Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Eunnae at Law PLLC. Stacey is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia and has more than a decade of experience providing legal advocacy and representation to individuals and organizations on a wide-array of civil cases. Stacey has represented hundreds of parents, caregivers and adult students in cases against schools, school districts and government agencies that involved matters such as bullying, discrimination, student discipline and special education. She has also represented clients in matters dealing with arbitration, contract negotiation, disability accommodations, employment issues, privacy violations, harassment/stalking and landlord tenant issues. Prior to founding Eunnae at Law PLLC, Stacey served as the Senior Staff Attorney at a non-profit legal services organization in Washington D.C. and as a Clinical Instructor and Supervising Attorney at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.

Stacey is a member of several professional associations relating to education law and advocacy, including the Special Education Attorney Roundtable, East of the River Casehandlers, and the Council for Court Excellence's Justice Education subcommittee. She has testified numerous times before the D.C. Council on legislative and policy matters that affect students and their families and led numerous “know your rights" and C.L.E. presentations and trainings as a speaker at local and national events and conferences on a variety of topics related to education and civil rights lawyering.

LL.M Master of Laws degree in Clinical Education, Social Justice, and Systems Change, with an emphasis in Juvenile & Special Education Law from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.
J.D. Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center
B.A. Bachelor of Arts in Women Studies, College of William & Mary, graduated magna cum laude
Awards & Recognition
​Stacey Eunnae's legal career achievements have been recognized by the D.C. Bar Foundation and Marquis' Who's Who. Her advocacy work has been featured in the Washington Post and “Igniting Change with Barbara Arnwine" WOL 1450 AM.

Stacey Eunnae is also the associate producer and co-writer of "East of the River" (2019), a fictional short coming-of-age film about a day in the life of a teenage girl suspended from school in the U.S. capitol which premiered on the East Coast at Tribeca Film Festival and at Anacostia High School in Washington D.C., received an award for "Best Short Film" by the D.C. Black Film Festival and won an Honorable Mention at the Slamdance Film Festival.
